The THA Chapter of Greece has organized on the 24th June 2016 a round-table discussion on entrepreneurship (and startups in general) in collaboration with the National University of Political Science and Public Administration (SNSPA) in Bucharest Romania, during the 9th Conference for Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Regional Development (ICEIRD).
The key participants to the round-table were: Ioana Petrescu – economist, former Minister of Finance; Teodora Palarie – ViitorPlus: Claudiu Costin – LaRambla; Dragos Nicolaescu – Lifestyle Business Mentor; Emanuela Todeva – Research Centre on Business Clusters, Networks and Economic Development.
Some of the key outcomes of the event are: the need for setting up the premises towards the establishment of a startup accelerator at SNSPA; identification of ways of how the government can remove obstacles for entrepreneurs; strengthening the validity/accuracy of business simulation methods and the need to trilateral co-creation among the triple helix stakeholders towards enabling a better entrepreneurial ecosystem.
