XIV Triple Helix Conference 2016: Triple Helix Models of Innovation –Addressing Ecosystem Challenges in the Era of Crises
The preparation for the upcoming XIV International Triple Helix conference on the 25-27 September 2016in Heidelberg is advancing apace and the web site contains a revised set of submission and registration deadlines. The call of papers is open for up-to-date 16 great tracks that mix academic and practitioner input and many of the track conveners have advanced their specific publication plans. The most active Triple Helix scholars and practitioners can register immediately to the conference, taking advantage of the Super Early bird fee. The first set of deadlines for submission of abstract are: 30th March 2016 – to qualify for the Super Early Bird Registration (299€), which will close on 30thApril 2016. TH Journal: funding secured to support abstract translations in Portuguese!
We are pleased to announce that, thanks to the efforts of Prof. Mariza Almeida, the Triple Helix Journal will receive a scholarship from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro to support the translation of the Journal abstracts to Portuguese. We invite all our members to help us in identifying other national and international donors and subsidies to support Triple Helix Journal operations!
We are also looking for new abstract translators for the following languages: German, Japanese, Italian, as well as support for translation into current languages: Russian, Chinese French, Arabic, Spanish. You could send your suggestions/proposals and candidatures tomlaura.fornaci@triplehelixassociation.org by 31st March 2016.

Working Paper Series: new Chair appointed
Dr Maria Jose Herrero Villa from the University Carlos III de Madrid (Spain) has been appointed as the new Chair of the THA Working Paper Series (WPS) with the aim to re-launch the initiative by connecting the Triple Helix Journal to the Series and the advises it will offers to authors for improving their papers. WPS will be the THA “incubator” for all those authors eager but not completely ready to publish their work in our scientific Journal. Read more
